To work with and meet SDG 8, we do the following:
- Tscherning actively seeks to increase the proportion of women in the industry through its recruitment.
- We work to reduce the proportion of young people not in employment or education by, among other things, giving everyone a chance to have a career at Tscherning. That's why we don't look at criminal records or any diagnoses when hiring.
- We offer maternity terms that accommodate different family constellations/genders.
- At Tscherning , we work with our subcontractors to ensure that the employees working on Tscherning sites are employed under the terms of collective agreements and receive the right training in occupational health and safety.
- We have established Tscherning, which is a platform for our employees where we offer ongoing training and competence development, because we want all employees to have the opportunity for continuous development.
