At Tscherning , we have defined four core values and our green lifeblood - which we call our "cultural compass".

These five benchmarks will ensure we are moving in the same direction, give customers a clear expectation of the Tscherning experience, and help us hold each other accountable so we can collectively get better every day.

We work with the culture compass and the five focus areas when conducting performance reviews, GRUS and job interviews, as well as at department meetings and in our daily work, where the culture compass guides our work.
