The team was created to ensure employee safety on construction sites, a good and healthy working environment throughout the organization, high quality in our services - and that we as a company take care of the environment.
Whether you're working on high scaffolding, with hazardous substances or in front of a height-adjustable table, it should be safe to go to work. That's why we have developed specific safety procedures at every stage of the construction process. Just like all our employees have health insurance, which provides the safety net we all need in our everyday lives.

We consider it our most important task to behave responsibly. That is why we have very strict processes for waste management at our construction sites. This applies to materials containing substances that are harmful to the environment or health, which must be handled correctly, as well as materials with the potential to be recycled. We always work with local environmental authorities to ensure that our waste is handled correctly – and does not end up in the natural environment.
When it comes to the environmental impact of construction waste, traceability is key. That's why companies and authorities depend on good cooperation, and that's what we work for every day. For me, it's meaningful to make that collaboration run smoothly so we can make a difference.
