As a natural extension of Tscherning sponsoring the U19 men's elite cycling team Tscherning Cycling Academy, Tscherning has also chosen to sponsor a brand new women's elite cycling team. The team is called 'Team Sydbank Bach Advokater'.

The team includes two medal winners from the 2023 Danish Championships, several riders with national team experience, a rider likely to participate in the 2024 Olympics (track cycling) and some young talents to be developed.

Team Sydbank Bach Advokater has ambitions to create the cyclists of the future through professional and focused talent work - and the team is already doing just that. The first stop is a training camp in Calpe on 12-20 January 2024, followed by licensed races under DCU auspices almost every weekend from March to October, while at the same time working on a number of foreign races.
