When the planning of a building or a new district begins, Tscherning is involved from the start. With  more than 40 years of experience, we can enter the project as a  professional partner and offer all solutions with preparation of the land, soil, and construction sites - both above and below the ground.

The construction development project may require us to draw on different skills and equipment. If the subsoil is very unstable, we can pre-compact even very large areas, and we establish air ducts and add the amount of new soil that the solution requires. If the soil is contaminated, we help to remedy the contamination, and of course we handle all the logistics surrounding the soil works.

At the same time, we offer to solve all tasks within drilled foundations and wells. We know that by drilling and casting instead of driving down piles, we protect the surroundings from vibrations and noise that burden the environment, the people and  the buildings.

Over the past 15 years, we have specialized in rainwater and waste water projects. To day we handle both minor tasks such ase sewer covers, grates and repair of sewers to complex cases with rainwater protection in new urban areas and cloudburst protection at sewage treatment plants.

And when the foundation work is complete, we can finish the construction work by leveling and laying grass or paving, whether it be concrete, asphalt, cobblestones or tiles.
