Anders Strange Sørensen has been appointed as the new Head of Sustainability and Development at Tscherning. With this appointment, the company is strengthening its strategic efforts in the areas of social sustainability, circular demolition, the reuse of building materials, and ESG.

Anders comes from a position as sustainability manager at Enemærke & Petersen, where he spent nine years working to integrate sustainability into the organization, its processes, and its construction projects. Among other things, he has developed solutions that systematically ensure the reuse of building materials, strengthen sustainability documentation, and create better frameworks for social employment in the construction industry.

Tscherning will set the direction

At Tscherning , he will build on the company’s strong position in construction, recycling, and circular demolition—while also helping to advance efforts in social responsibility and the development of a more inclusive and future-proof construction industry.

This appointment is part of Tscherning’s targeted focus on sustainability and the company’s first ESG report. Anders Strange Sørensen will play a key role in further developing sustainability efforts across the organization, including work on climate, recycling, reporting, and social initiatives.
